| Shaba Derazi has over 10 years of experience in both commercial and residential development and construction. With a degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University, Shaba has applied his skills to help manage and construct a vast array of projects including department stores, telecommunication relay sites, multi-family condominium projects, and custom residences. His experience in commercial construction helped set the foundation for the transition into residential construction where he has successfully developed and constructed nearly 30 custom residences ranging from $1.5 MM to $15 MM. By implementing the management methods typical of large commercial contractors, clients are offered a level of service uncharacteristic in residential construction. |

| Brad Young brings over 25 years of experience in both real estate and business development. For 15 years he specialized in real estate, first in Northeast Ohio and then expanding nationally with his own company Cleveland Equities Group. CEG has worked in both development and transaction disciplines in 23 states totaling over $300,000,000. Brad's extensive and diverse background includes 14 years owning and operating small to medium size manufacturing companies. Brad has blended his own operating expertise with his real estate experience to bring balance to the creative and financial disciplines of Young and Meathe Properties. |

| Jim Meathe brings 30 years of professional experience to the team. His extensive background as a senior executive/president of several large companies has provided him with the necessary skills to lead groups of diversified people through a project in a creative, timely and efficient manner. With a family architectural and design background, Jim has developed a keen eye and insatiable interest in architectural details and historical perspective. Balanced with a cost/budget sensitivity, these skills position Jim to make a meaningful and disciplined contribution to any project. |
