Jim Meathe

Jim Meathe brings over 30 years of professional experience to the team. His extensive background as a senior executive/president of several large companies has provided him with the necessary skills to lead groups of diversified people through a project in a creative, timely and efficient manner. With a family architectural and design background, Jim has developed a keen eye and insatiable interest in architectural details and historical perspective. Balanced with a cost/budget sensitivity, these skills position Jim to make a meaningful and disciplined contribution to any project.

Doug Beasley

Doug Beasley has 17 years experience building and restoring classical homes. Prior to entering the home building business Doug was an executive in the hospitality industry where he led entreprenurial ventures working with The Ritz Carlton Hotel Co. and The Four Seasons Hotel Co. With degrees in Mathematics and Economics, Doug brings a solid understanding of both the technical and financial issues faced in building complex projects. Doug’s background, combined with a passion for beautiful design and craftsmanship, bring a unique perspective to the construction management process.
